Preferred Customers
New LOYALTY PROGRAM for Preferred CustomersAll of our customers are Preferred and there's been an exciting change made to your discount structure!
The fantastic new Loyalty Program gives every customer the opportunity to accumulate Loyalty Points to 150 points and receive a 20% discount on their next order. This discount will apply irrespective of the size of the order.
After your bonus 20% order, your Loyalty Points will return to zero and your discount will continue at 10% until you accumulate 150 points again.
So there has never been a better time to order your certified organic products.
All existing Preferred Customers are immediately entitled to receive a 10% discount irrespective of the size of the order. If you're an existing Preferred Customer, the best news is that all the points accumulated so far will count! So if you have made a few orders in the past you may already be entitled to a 20% discount - the new website will indicate where your points are up to as well as your invoice. This means it is really important to log in correctly to your existing account to receive the correct bonus.

A Representative is committing to order at least 50PV (or approx. AU$90 or US$65) per month. If you forget to order in one month, or do not order at least 50PV worth of product, you will automatically be sent a Business Protection Default Order (i.e. an order of 50PV pre-determined by yourself), which ensures that you can continue to receive discounts and bonuses.
*Autoship/AS
A Representative is committing to a regular monthly order of at least 50PV (or approx. AU$90 or US$65). Autoship orders are sent out regardless of the ordering activity by the Member during the month.
